Stoney Street

The £300M ‘Covent Garden-style’ mixed-use scheme will bring retail, offices and a cinema around a new network of pedestrian lanes between Stoney and Park streets, next to London’s foodie mecca, Borough Market. The project got the green light in the summer of 2016, and pre-construction work has begun.

The site incorporates several railway arches, a car park and an old warehouse, all of which is being redeveloped. The proposal for the site also includes reviving the original Elizabethan street names, such as Dirty Lane.

Project Prospero

Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre is at the centre of a new scheme that will see a new four-storey building fronting Bankside Thames Path, a new library, archives, rehearsal and education spaces, and exhibition space.

Wedge House

The Hoxton Group is creating a mixed-use development at 32-40 Blackfriars Road. The new scheme will provide an 11-storey building composed of a 68K SF hotel with 192 rooms and about 42K SF of office space. The building will also feature ground-floor retail, plus basement and mezzanine levels, a café, a rooftop bar, a restaurant and public realm improvements.

67 Southwark St.

The new mixed-use development on the corner of Southwark and Lavington streets features a 16-storey tower with a corner shop on the ground floor and nine apartments. A rooftop terrace with 360-degree views across London rounds out the scheme.

Shard Place

Sellar Property Group’s 26-storey residential tower adjacent to the Shard will feature 148 apartments, 20K SF of retail and expansive hard and soft landscaping. It is expected to deliver in June 2019.

Ludgate House

The new 1.5M SF mixed-use development will feature 489 apartments, 28K SF of retail, 21K SF of community space and an 11K SF gym. The railway arches will be changed from a nightclub to retail, gym and community uses.
