Riverwalk Homes Complete With 75% Sold

Riverwalk, Ronson Capital Partners’ new collection of waterfront apartments on the north bank of the River Thames, reached completion. The new community comprises 116 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Over 75% of apartments in the riverside development have sold, including one of the two penthouses. Developed in association with Derwent London, Riverwalk is the first development to be completed by Ronson Capital Partners, an investment firm established by Heron International founder Gerald Ronson.

Riverwalk, which was designed by RIBA Stirling Prize winning architects Stanton Williams, is two buildings of six and 17 floors with interlocking curves inspired by the river below. Extensive balconies flow around the building offering panoramic views of the Thames, Westminster and beyond.
