Airport Property Partnership—a JV between Segro and Aviva Investors—signed a new tenant at its spec development adjacent to Heathrow Airport. The project consists of two warehouse units of 74k SF and 80k SF, respectively, and is set to complete this month.

Bolloré Logistics, which has signed a 15-year lease, is a global logistics organisation with over 10,000 employees across 102 locations. Having a footprint at the UK’s only hub airport is key for it. Segro owns or manages 6.4M SF of warehouse assets around London's airports, mainly at Heathrow.
