Segro Adds Two New Tenants To Slough Trading Estate

Segro’s Slough Trading Estate development has signed two new tenants.

Zenium signed a 25-year lease for 60k SF at 12 Liverpool Rd. It's the 22nd data centre on the Slough Trading Estate.

12 Liverpool Rd was developed on spec and designed to suit either urban logistics or data centre occupiers. All of the spec developments Segro completed at the Slough Trading Estate in 2015 totaling 132k SF are now fully let.

Additionally, Travis Perkins, the largest supplier of building materials to the UK, signed a lease for 20k SF. The development will be completed by the end of this year and plans to open for business in early 2017.

Other Slough Trading Estate tenants include Mars, Ferrari and IO.
