Buckingham Group Breaks Ground On Horizon 38 Project In Bristol

Buckingham Group broke ground on Phase 1 of Horizon 38, a £120M business park at the former Rolls Royce East Works site in Filton.

The 580k SF industrial space is the largest speculative industrial development in Bristol for 20 years, according to Construction Enquirer. The units will be ready for occupancy by July 2017.

The development is part of a new 1M SF mixed-use project with room for industrial, trade, office, hotel, car showrooms and warehouses. [CE]
