A new luxury apartment complex is coming to Cypress within the Towne Lake master-planned community. The new development will break ground soon along the northwest corner of Greenhouse Road.

The gated community developed by Caldwell Communities will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units and offer a mix of two-story townhomes and garden-style apartments available for lease. The units will range from 600 to 1,400 SF and offer private garages for select units. The property will be connected to the area's lakeside trail system and near a 300-acre lake.

The 14-acre site seeks to fill a void of Class-A multifamily product in the market, Towne Lake General Manager Kent Puckett said. Professionals and seniors are looking for an upscale and amenity-driven environment that is near family and work.

"We feel this site is a tremendous offering for those seeking medium-term housing in Cypress with convenient access to The Boardwalk, local employers, major freeways and other nearby attractions,” Puckett said.
