The Weitzman Group has been selected as leasing agent for the retail space in The Ivy Lofts, a 26-story mixed-use tower to be developed on a city block at the southwest corner of Leeland and Live Oak streets in Houston’s vibrant EaDo (east downtown) district. Randy Hopper and Edward Heap with The Weitzman Group will handle the retail leasing at the project.

Marcus & Millichap’s Logan Miller and Dave Knobler completed the sale of Brazos Moving and Storage. The asset, a 477-unit Class-A self-storage facility completed at the end of 2015 in College Station. Miller and Knobler secured the buyer, a foreign investor.

Edifis Group purchased two shopping centers in the New Forest Crossing development on East Sam Houston Parkway. The shopping centers, 13 miles northeast of Downtown Houston, were built in 2006 and are at 100% occupancy. With retailers such as Buffalo Wild Wings residing in one of the largest spaces, the centers span 26,700 SF across almost 3.5 acres of land.

Marcus & Millichap’s Dave Knobler and Charles "Chico" LeClaire completed the sale of Memorial Mini Storage, a 519-unit self-storage facility at 1101 Tully Road in Houston.
