Sugar Creek Leaps to 60%

Sugar Creek on the Lake also brought on some new tenants thanks to a renovation (it must be contagious). PMRG’s Michael Sieger (above) tells us he and Brad Sinclair inked UnitedHealthcare for 193k SF and Wholesome Sweeteners for 19k SF. The property’s seen a giant boost in occupancy; it was 20% full when the firm purchased it in September 2012 with capital partners PCCP and Fully Realty. Now it’s 60% occupied.

The capital improvements underway are significant, totaling nearly $17M. The team is adding 870 parking spaces (you can bring a friend to work now), new HVAC and energy management systems, and modernizing and retrofitting the elevators. The property sits at 14141 Southwest Frwy and totals 515k SF.
