Forget sweaters--SwiftLease's Lauren Hammelman took festive attire a step further with this Christmas dress. (Yes, that's Santa lassoing a Christmas tree.) Lauren tells us SwiftLease is only a year old but has been working hard repping small office tenants in Houston. And it recently expanded to San Antonio!

There's nothing ugly about this getup. CBRE's William Padon volunteered as Santa Claus at Orange Grove Elementary School last week (here he's posing with some of its faculty). Santa is in William's blood--his dad used to volunteer as Santa around Houston, and William thought it would be fun to follow in his footsteps.
