Hudson & Marshall owner Dave Webb tells us that his auction company is putting highly sought-after Cushman & Wakefield Downtown properties, three tracts of land near The Woodlands, and a storage warehouse in Baytown, on the auction block. C&W Houston EVP David Cook admits that auctioning properties is a first for him and his eight-person team (it was actually the seller's suggestion), and he has good expectations. Properties include a 3.1-acre tract at the north end of downtown and a 29k SF bayou beautification property site on Commerce. (You never see this kind of product on Auction Hunters.)
