NewQuest announced plans for Fairfield Marketplace, a 22-acre grocery-anchored shopping center in Cypress. (Though imagine what it would be like if it was a 22-acre grocery store. It would take you days to get from produce to dairy.) It’ll sit at the NEC of Highway 290 and Mason Road (at the main entrance to 3,200-acre Fairfield master-planned community) and will feature a national grocer, several pad sites, and 30k SF of inline retail. Construction will begin mid-2015 and deliver in early 2016.
