Will Anyone Buy This Development Plot In Santry?

A 3.4-acre site near Dublin Airport is up for grabs again.

Agent Knight Frank is seeking a buyer for the land in the mixed-use Northwood Business Campus in Santry, Dublin 9, according to the Irish Times.

Planning permission for the site has been granted a number of times but all have lapsed and the land still lies vacant, though the agent suggests it could now be subdivided or considered for residential, student accommodation, offices and retail services.

Most of the land is covered in grass, except for a section along the eastern boundary which has been hardcored and used as a car park.

Knight Frank has valued the land at €2.8M, which includes a high profile on to Northwood Avenue, Northwood Road and Northwood Crescent.

The site is within 1 kilometre of Junction 4 of the M50 motorway and is a five-minute drive from Dublin City University.

Northwood has a wide mix of services, including the four-star Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ben Dunne Fitness, TLC Nursing Home, Santry Sports Clinic and Gulliver’s Retail Park.
