Las Colinas will get a Class-A apartment complex near the soon-to-open Irving Music Factory. Irving-based JPI broke ground on a 286-unit multifamily project on Lake Carolyn called Jefferson Eastshore that will deliver in fall 2018.

A rooftop terrace overlooking the lake, resort-style pool and private yards make up some of the outdoor amenities. Residents will also have direct promenade access to the lake and be within walking distance of the Irving Convention Center DART station.

Hear more from JPI's Brad Taylor at our Las Colinas Development Update on Sept. 14. Register here.
