Monmouth Buys 305k SF FedEx Ground Building in Alliance for $35M

Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp acquired FedExGround’s new 305k SF industrial building at 2701 Texas Longhorn Way in Alliance Airport for $35.3M. The property (on 44 acres) is net-leased for 15 years to FedEx Ground Package System. FedEx also operates its air and freight facilities at Alliance. The new facility is part of a nationwide FedEx expansion to boost daily package volume capacity and speed up service.
