This Week's Dallas-Fort Worth Deal Sheet

ESRP is moving its headquarters to The Star in Frisco. The commercial real estate advisory firm and 50 employees will move from their Tollway digs for a third-floor view on the $5B Mile in July.

The Omni At The Star In Frisco Is Considered A High-Performing Asset Even During The Coronavirus Pandemic.

“We are exceptionally proud to welcome ESRP to The Star,” Dallas Cowboys Chief Operating Officer Stephen Jones said in a statement. “ESRP exemplifies the type of fast-growing, forward-thinking businesses relocating here. The move sends a clear message: The Star is much more than an entertainment center; it is an incredible place to do business.”

“Making The Star our new home is an easy choice,” ESRP CEO Sharon Morrison said in a statement. “This move positions ESRP squarely in of one of the hottest real estate markets in the country. Surrounded by some of the world’s most renowned corporations making significant investments in Texas, we’ll have an unprecedented opportunity to collaborate with new and existing clients. Furthermore, with downtown Dallas, DFW International and Love Field airports a short 30 minutes down the road, our brokers can easily service clients locally and nationally. It is a game changer on many levels.”
