Miller Brokerage SVP Jerry Averyt (left), HSM associateJohn Bielamowicz and Grubb & Ellis SVP Daniel Rudd. Bill tells us that One Main Place at 1201 Main St in the revitalized Main Street District (that's a lot of mains) has more than 1M SF of office and retail space and the largest underground parking garage of any of the adjacent office towers. | |
We kept running into Bill (evidence of his networking prowess), this time with TWG associates Jonathan Diamond (who's leasing the office space) and Sean Alkek (who's leasing the retail). Stephanie Tippie, ?95, and CresaPartners' Tyler Herring, ?98. Brian and Greg lived just a couple of houses down from Tyler when they were growing up. |
