We caught the Weitzman Group SVP Bill Knopick doing a littleVanna White for us at TWG?s NCAA tournament watching party at One Main Place in downtown Dallas last week. Bill was joined by Henry S. Miller Brokerage SVP Jerry Averyt (left), HSM associateJohn Bielamowicz and Grubb & Ellis SVP Daniel Rudd. Bill tells us that One Main Place at 1201 Main St in the revitalized Main Street District (that's a lot of mains) has more than 1M SF of office and retail space and the largest underground parking garage of any of the adjacent office towers.

We kept running into Bill (evidence of his networking prowess), this time with TWG associates Jonathan Diamond (who's leasing the office space) and Sean Alkek (who's leasing the retail). Jonathan tells us Bank of America leased 50% of the tower and has renovated its space throughout. Availability: from 1,000 SF up to 90k SF of contiguous office space.

For a moment, we thought we had crashed a Berkner High School(in Richardson) class reunion when we snapped CresaPartners' Greg Whittington, ?98, Transwestern's Shane Mullinix, ?92 (who won aJason Kidd-autographed basketball), CresaPartners' Brian Whittington, ?92 (yes, they're brothers), RAK Main Place Associates? Stephanie Tippie, ?95, and CresaPartners' Tyler Herring, ?98. Brian and Greg lived just a couple of houses down from Tyler when they were growing up.
