NAIOP Developer of the Year

The North Texas chapter of NAIOP named KDC its 2009 Developer of the Year for its development of the Richardson-based 1M SF Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The BCBSTX HQ began in January 2008 and was completed in December. The 34-acre corporate complex in the Galatyn Park area of Richardson is one of the largest build-to-suit development projects in DFW since the mid-1980s.
