Hillwood hit it out of the park again with its annual Alliance Air Show at Alliance Airport. We caught up with logistics consultant Bob Hayden hanging out with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank managing director Gary Lindsey. While we couldn’t pry any recent deals out of the pair, Gary did tell us that he enjoys working with the folks at Hillwood. The industrial specialist has had his share of deals, too, including the recent $7M 198k SF deal for Mitsubishi-Cabot at 5400 Alliance Gateway in Fort Worth. Another recent transaction is the $20M 553k SF deal at 5500 South Freeway in Fort Worth for Sygma Network.
We also found Hillwood’s Bill Brokaw with his sons, Sam (seated) and Will. This summer, Bill joined Hillwood Urban as SVP to lead the new division’s marketing and leasing efforts.
