The 52-story building is prime for multi-use redevelopment offering superior corporate identity and location for retail and residential, says Collier's David Glasscock, who is listing the site with colleague Marisa Schroeder. David says it's ideally suited for residential conversion due to its shallow bay depths, according to a study performed recently by Merriman and Associates.
