Nominate Your Pick For Bisnow's 2026 Chicago Women Leading Real Estate Honors

Bisnow is asking for nominations for the Chicago area's high-performing and exceptional women working in commercial real estate for its fourth annual celebration of Women Leading Real Estate

We want you to help us spotlight the leaders, innovators, dealmakers and rising stars at the forefront of the industry, those spearheading the projects that bring the city to life.

Pepper’s Jacqueline Lavigne, Rsm’s Laura Dietzel, Colliers’ Julie Northcutt-Dunn, Nai Hiffman’s Sarah Cannella, Jpmorgan Chase’s Julie Thick And Cook County Land Bank Authority’s Jessica Caffrey.

The annual event, to be held on March 26, will celebrate the women at the top of the field in Chicago across all of CRE. The event includes an awards ceremony, a panel discussion and multiple opportunities for networking. 

Bisnow is taking nominations in the following categories:

  • Leader of the Year: Women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and continued efforts to move the industry forward throughout 2025 and previous years.
  • Innovator of the Year: Women who have excelled in driving innovation in the commercial real estate field and used new or creative ideas to improve the industry.
  • Dealmaker of the Year: Women who have made a significant contribution to one or more major deals in the Chicago market.
  • Rising Star of the Year: Women who have been in the industry less than 10 years and have made a significant impact on the market and/or have largely contributed to a major project.

Nominations are due by Dec. 19.
