Harrison Street Real Estate Capital bought Dwight Lofts, a 771-bed dorm serving Columbia College Chicago, for $105M. The building at 642 S Clark is walking distance from Columbia's South Loop campus, offers fully furnished two- and four-bedroom lofts and has 177 rooms. The Dinerstein Cos will continue to manage the property. Columbia recently renewed its lease at Dwight Lofts for another 11 years. [Crain's]
