NAI Hiffman's Latest Repositioning Project

NAI Hiffman’s north suburban team took occupancy at Edens Corporate Center in Northbrook from 60% to 92% in 18 months, and managing director Bob Assoian will share some trade secrets about that at Bisnow’s Property Management & Office of the Future event on Aug. 28. His latest project: 210k SF Bannockburn Corporate Center, 3000 Lakeside Dr in Bannockburn (currently 62% occupied), which NAI will manage and lease. (Linda Garske and Jason Wurtz will head up leasing.) Bob’s strategy includes streamlined property management and upgrades, which allow ownership better control of price, the 'burbs perennial ace in the hole.
