JLL Lands Bristol-Myers Squibb Facility Management Deal

Jones Lang LaSalle announced it was chosen to handle facility management and occupancy planning services for Bristol-Myers Squibb's 10M SF portfolio in the US and Puerto Rico. JLL's Life Sciences platform will be responsible for 16 R&D, laboratory, office and manufacturing sites, delivering effective cost management and reporting in addition to property management services. Life Sciences executive managing director Roger Humphrey says JLL will work with BMS to deliver service improvements and innovative facilities management solutions.
