RealtyMetrix has closed the sale of 366-368 Bluff City Blvd, Elgin, IL, from Swint Investments to Bluff City Elgin. The 62k SF industrial building was built in 1920 and is the site of the former Elgin Watch Factory Plant No. 2. The building is 75% leased and houses eight tenants, with 15k SF of warehouse/manufacturing space available at $5/SF modified gross. RealtyMetix’s Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt repped both parties.
