Major Renovations Coming for Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel

Another downtown hotel is getting a modern day facelift. The Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel is scheduled to have its common areas renovated by design firm Indidesign. The building at 163 E Walton Pl was built in 1927 and Indidesign will look to the Roaring ‘20s and ‘30s for inspiration on the project, according to Curbed. The renovations will focus on the Knickerbocker’s lounge, lobby (shown), bar and restaurant, and is slated for completion next year. [Curbed]
