The development is the first office building north of Metra’s Union Pacific West line. The approximately 500K SF office building is anchored by Boston Consulting Group, which has leased about 250K SF and plans to relocate 1,000 employees from the Loop.
The development is scheduled to deliver in February 2024 and will feature private outdoor terraces on every floor and more than 5K SF of ground-floor retail and outdoor space along Green Street.
