Midwood Management Corp is expected to file a draft project impact report with the Boston Redevelopment Authority for a 683-foot Downtown Crossing tower.
That would move forward One Bromfield, a project the New York real estate development firm first proposed in 2008, but which the recession put the kibosh on, the Boston Business Journal reports.
The developers have tapped architects Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill to design One Bromfield. [BBJ]
