For the 16th consecutive year, MassHousing has recognized WinnResidential, the property management arm of WinnCompanies, as the leader in partnering with minority and women-owned businesses. WinnResidential led all property management companies statewide in M/WBE expenditures for maintenance, goods and services during FY2016 (ended June 30).

During that year, the company awarded nearly $4.4M in work to MBE, nearly $2.4M to WBE and nearly $2M to companies that were both. The total of $8.8M represents more than 28% of the funds the company spent on vendors at properties funded (in part) by MassHousing last fiscal year.
