Tishman Unveils Pier 4 Complex

Later this year, Tishman Speyer hopes to start construction on a mixed-use project overlooking Boston Harbor on Pier 4, where Anthony’s restaurant once sat. Earlier this week, it released a rendering of the sweeping structure designed by New York-based SHoP Architects and Boston-based CBT Architects. The property includes 100 luxury condos and 373k SF of commercial space with underground parking. Construction is scheduled to begin Q4; completion is slated for late ‘17 and the residential building in early ‘18.
