| The projects are in the $25M to $50M range, from design/build to renovations. Gone are the days of double-digit annual increases in construction spending. Now, his clients are consolidating. The for-profits are taking over struggling hospitals and everyone wants to get a return on every SF built. Andrew says that with healthcare reform, Boston is facing reimbursement constraint issues before other metro areas and may well serve as a national model for tackling such tough issues in the future.
