Annual Award Ceremony at the Boston Harbor Hotel. We snapped Phil with Max and Ellie Solomon, brother/sister volunteers of the year for the non-profit dedicated to ending homelessness in metro Boston. Ellie has been helping families move into homes and serving holiday meals at local shelters for four years. She's learned that regardless of position in the world, kids love the same things, and it's "really fun to help." |
| EOP managing director Andy Maher accepted the firm's award for corporate partner of the year presented by his good friend CBRE New England prez Andy Hoar. EOP has been a strong supporter of Heading Home, even during a busy time. This year, the Boston team signed 1.6M SF of leases. It purchased 125 and 150 CambridgePark Dr in July at 48% occupied; and has leased it up to 67% occupancy. |
