Exterior construction is nearly complete on Liberty Wharf, a $43M mixed-use complex on Boston Harbor designed by Elkus Manfredi and developed by Cresset. By summer, the interior build out is slated to start on a new Legal Seafood restaurant (building on the right) where much seating will overlook the water. It should open by year?s end, said Legal spokeswoman Ida Farber. ?It's a one-off flagship in an iconic spot.? Sharing the complex will be a steakhouse, 28k SF of offices, other street level eateries, boats, and water taxis.
