Yesterday, we snapped the steel that started arriving late last month at Cambridge Discovery Park on Rt. 2, where the Bulfinch Companies is putting up a new 200k SF build-to-suit for Forrester Research. At the site, once occupied by Arthur D. Little, all the old buildings will eventually come down to be replaced by six new ones, explains Bulfinch's Mike Wilcox. In the back right is a nearly completed parking garage; on the left, a new home for the Harvard-Smithsonian Astrophysical Institute. By 4Q11 when Forrester is slated to move in, for future buildings Mike says ?we'll look at all possibilities,? spec and pre-lease.
