EQUITY'S BIG WINS

Equity Office came away with hardware from BOMA Silicon Valley’s recent TOBY Awards. It won TOBYs for three San Jose buildings: ValleyOffice Centre at 2611 & 2635 N First St (under 100k SF); 1740 Technology Dr, above (100k-249,999 SF); and Skyport Plaza at 1650 & 1700 Technology (suburban office park mid-rise). Plus an honorable mention, in Emerald Awards Recycling and Purchasing, went to Mission Towers 1 at 3975 Freedom Circle Dr, Santa Clara. Kudos to managers Christina Cruz, Gracie Lopez, Angelica Costello, and Jeanine McKeon, along with their teams.
