Austin Location of Hotel Granduca Set to Open

Houston-based Interfin Cos is set to open its Austin location of Hotel Granduca this week.

The luxury hospitality brand was created by Georgio Borlenghi, a developer born in Milan, who opened Hotel Granduca at the Houston Galleria in 2007. The Houston location has received numerous accolades, including being named the top-rated boutique hotel in Houston, as reported by the Houston Business Journal. The new Italian-inspired, nine-story hotel at 320 S Capital and Texas Highway features 194 rooms ranging in size from 480 SF to 1.3k SF.

In addition to the luxurious accommodations, Hotel Granduca features a ballroom, meeting rooms and the Visconti Ristorante & Bar. The Houston location has been a rousing success and we can expect the Austin location to be huge hit as the city continues its enormous growth spurt. [HBJ]
