Micro-Condos Break Ground In East Austin

Capsa Ventures is building a new project of micro-condos in East Austin that will feature studios, and one- and two-bedroom urban walk-ups as well as commercial flex space.  The building will be called Fourth&.

Capsa Ventures founder and CEO Rance Clouse tells Bisnow the micro-condos are not just for college students and Millennials but anyone who wants an urban lifestyle and a small footprint. That includes professionals, those working in multiple locations, corporate housing and anyone who wants a place to call home but not be overburdened with a large presence.

Tenants are listening. Capsa has already signed multiple reservations for both the residences and the commercial space. The commercial facilities have seen interest from a wide variety of industries: health and fitness, technology, design professionals and creatives. Rance tells us he’s looking for businesses in Austin that want to own their space.

Capsa is now finalizing pre-construction and preparing to pour concrete. Once that is complete, the garage will be erected and the frame will go up.
