SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: TPA REALTY

This year, TPA Realty celebrates its 40th anniversary by giving back to the community. Chattahoochee Technical College president Dr. Sanford Chandler (left) decided to expand the school, Rick Bradshaw, CEO of TPA—a leader in office and industrial leasing and development—contributed 25 acres in The Bluffs near Canton, Ga. CTC then built a  60k SF  educational center located within TPA's 600-acre mixed-use development. The first classes began in March 2011 with 550 students (1,200 are expected to register in the fall) plus there's a career program to help with job placement. Rick says that  technical education  has taken on a new dimension in the site selection process, and the targeted workforce training developed by the technical college system  is a true amenity in the eyes of employers. Kudos to TPA for making its ruby anniversary a jewel for the community. Learn more on TPA Realty here.
