SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: DLC MANAGEMENT

The company owns and manages 124 shopping centers in 33 states (16.8M SF). Recent DLC successes: Levittown Town Center in Pennsylvania, a completely rebuilt center (468,675 SF) delivered in 2010 with a Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, and Ross. Mike says his current project is filling a 38,000 SF anchor space at Ocean East Mall in Stuart, Fla. Good news—a lease is pending.
