Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp (we give formal names when it comes to serious things like pastries) has renewed 32K SF for 10 years at 4320 International Blvd for its regional office and distribution operations. Newmark Knight Frank's Aaron Sommer and Marty Pinover brokered the deal for, we hope, free doughnuts. Sperry Van Ness' Tommy Bentley repped the landlord. Aaron tells us Krispy Kreme conducted a search for alternatives but was offered concessions allowing the doughnut maker to make improvements on the space and reduce occupancy costs. |
