We caught Choate Construction founder Millard Choate readying a raffle winner during last week's Second Annual Cars and 'Q for the Cause, a car show and charity event that raised money for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Emily Choate tells us she roped in more than80 high-performance and classic cars at the show held in Choate's HQ parking lot in Central Perimeter.
