The Kushner CosIke Newman has been promoted to the newly created position of director of operations.


He'll be responsible for overseeing the management of Kushner’s $1B NYC walk-up apartment portfolio, 12M SF commercial portfolio and the firm’s 20k garden apartments across NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Indiana, the Commercial Observer reports.

Ike was a senior financial analyst with Cushman & Wakefield before joining Kushner in 2014 as senior operations associate. He holds degrees in mathematics and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

“From business strategy to property management, Ike is an invaluable member of the team who’s always there to keep things running smoothly,” Kushner CEO Jared Kushner told the Commercial Observer.

Ike’s promotion follows former managing director Laurent Morali’s recent promotion to president. [CO]
