Aby Rosen to Pay $21M for Peace Pentagon Property

Aby Rosen's RFR Realty is in contract to buy the Peace Pentagon building from the A.J. Muste Memorial Institute for $20.7M. The three-story, 10k SF building at 337 Lafayette St is just a block away from Kushner Co's Puck Building and Related's commercial project at 300 Lafayette St. A.J. Muste will keep leasing the space for eight months after the deal closes, The Real Deal reports. No word yet on what RFR plans to do with the 21k buildable SF the site offers. Rosen is also converting the graffiti-clad 190 Bowery into an office building. [TRD]
