666 Fifth Ave, New York, NYVornado entered into an agreement to acquire the 114k SF retail condo at 666 Fifth Ave for $707M, leased by Uniqlo, Hollister, and Swatch. The building’s office condo is 49.5% owned by Vornado.

Talmage, a special servicer, announced the successful modification and restructuring of the $291M Cadillac Mills Portfolio loan, a 2.8M SF portfolio purchased by Simon Property Group and Farallon Capital Management as part of their 2007 acquisition of the Mills Corp. The portfolio is secured by three regional malls, including The Galleria at White Plains.

The real estate arm of Steiner Studios purchased the 44-unit luxury Jardin rental development at 142 North 6th St, Williamsburg from Read Property Group for $38M. MNS’s David Behin brokered the deal.

Besen & Associates brokered four deals: a two-story, 8,200 SF retail building with 60k buildable SF at 172-174 Montague St, Brooklyn for $12M (seller rep: David Davidson for Robar LLC; buyer rep: Lynda Blumberg for Bh 1 Cd LLC); a 41-unit, six-story walkup apartment building at 332 E 95th St for $7.6M (broker: Orly Hazan); a 4,000 SF, four-story mixed-use building at 40 Peck Slip for $3.2M (seller rep:Jackie Himmelstein; buyer rep: Ron Cohen); and a 12-unit, five-story apartment building at 118 E 7th St for $3.1M (seller rep: Bobby Khurana; buyer rep: Glenn Raff for 118 East 7 LLC).

A private investor purchased the five-story, 19k SF elevator building at 62-64 E 34th St from a private investment partnership for $13M. Ariel Property Advisros’ Shimon Shkury, Victor Sozio, and Michael Tortorici brokered the deal.

Massey Knakal brokered four deals: two contiguous, five-story apartment buildings totaling 54 units at 2411-2415 Prospect Ave, the Bronx for $4.2M (broker: Karl Brumback); a four-story, 6,700 SF mixed-use building at 384 Court St, Carroll Gardens for $2.4M(broker: Kenneth Freeman); a vacant two-story, 5,000 SF building at 38-40 Crescent St, Long Island City for $1.3M (broker: Al Hollman); and two mixed-use buildings totaling 5,600 SF at 126-15/17 Liberty Ave, Richmond Hills for $1.1M (brokers: Brian Sarath and Stephen Preuss).

A private investor purchased four six-unit apartment buildings at 1402-1408 Putnam Ave, Brooklyn for $2.5M. Marcus & Millichap’s Erik Lundberg repped the seller and also repped the buyer along with colleague Shaun Riney. Shaun also helped broker the previously announced sale of 1182-1186 Putnam Ave and 564 Evergreen Ave, Bushwick.
