Cosm, a Los Angeles-based immersive technology company and entertainment retailer, is rolling out development plans for its second location.

The firm is set to build a 75K SF entertainment venue in the northern Dallas suburbs that will be part of Grandscape, a mixed-use project in The Colony that stretches over 400 acres, CoStar reports. Developed by Nebraska Furniture Mart, Grandscape is expected to total 3.9M SF.

Cosm plans to host immersive live entertainment events that feature light and sound displays. In August, it announced details of its first location, which is under construction in California.

The first venue is slated to debut next year near SoFi Stadium in the Los Angeles area. The 65K SF venue will be part of the Hollywood Park Development that spans nearly 300 acres.

The immersive tech company plans to roll out more venues across the country but hasn't announced the expected scale of its expansion or its next target locations. Cosm has offices in Salt Lake City and Philadelphia, in addition to the Dallas and Los Angeles areas.
