Ten-X: The Hottest Office Markets Will Be On The Coasts

A forecast from Ten-X—the "auction" formerly known as, well, Auction.com—says the top five markets for office investors will all be on the coasts for the next three years.

S.F., San Jose and NYC make up the top three, while Orange County and Boston round out the top five. On the other end of the spectrum, Ten-X recommends selling properties in NoVA, Houston, Dallas, Pittsburgh and Long Island, GlobeSt reports.

New construction and low unemployment—spurred by a booming tech sector—are bringing the heat in NYC and S.F., whereas the slumping energy sector drives the negative outlook on the two Texas “sell” list cities. [GS]
