Here's How Hoteliers Are Appealing To Millennials, Generation Z

Authenticity, convenience and technology — those are the things both Millennials and Generation Z want from a hotel experience.

Experts from Puccini Group, a San Francisco-based hospitality marketing firm, said both generations crave authenticity and the right mix of technology. Casual hotel designs are what suit the two best, and when it comes to technology, it is better to find ways for guests to personalize their own experience than offering them as many gadgets as possible, Hotel News Now reports.

Some brands are building on these ideas, letting guests use their smartphone as a key to enter their room through the hotel’s app. Experts also said it is more important to prioritize public space for socializing over large rooms, especially for Generation Z guests.
