Lincoln Property Co Buys 915 Wilshire, Again

Lincoln Property Co is buying back 915 Wilshire through a partnership with Rockwood Capital.

Lincoln Property had previously owned the 390,312 SF Class-A downtown LA office tower. It was sold to Brickman Associates in 2007, according to GlobeSt.

The price Lincoln Property paid this time was not released, but sources tell GlobeSt the building probably sold for $130M.

Lincoln Property plans to upgrade the common areas, including the lobby, and try to attract more creative office tenants. The building is 88% leased. [GS]
