LA Firm Pays $41M for Nickelodeon Hotel

Urban Commons has purchased the 777-room Nickelodeon Suites Resort in Orlando, according to LA Biz. The hotel is just a few miles from Walt Disney World and features kid-friendly amenities and attractions. Urban has been rapidly expanding in the hotel space, buying at least five this year, in addition to land in Grover Beach for hotel development. LA Biz says the seller was a private LLC out of OC.
