Quintain will launch an £800M building programme that will deliver the UK’s largest build-to-rent scheme. The company will build 3,000 new private rent flats surrounding the iconic Wembley Stadium by the end of this year.

The new site will include a seven-acre public park, new landscaped “London Square,” a primary school, and a wide range of retail, dining and workspaces that will be bolted on to the existing Wembley Park shopping and entertainment centre, according to Construction Enquirer.  By the time the project is finished, Wembley Park will have created more than 8,500 permanent new jobs across different sectors.

Quintain’s build-to-rent business Tipi will build an apartment building that will be available for tenants this summer. The Tipi apartments feature communal spaces, gardens, roof terraces, gyms, secure underground parking and cinemas. Quintain owns the entire 85-acre site.

Tenants pay no agent’s fees, no inventory fees and a reduced deposit, and all their utility bills and ultra-fast broadband are included in the rent.
