Houston film enthusiasts were distraught this week when it was announced Alamo Drafthouse would no longer operate its Vintage Park location. Have no fear! In a recent blog post, Alamo Drafthouse announced a multi-year, multi-venue development deal with Triple Tap Ventures to bring four new locations to greater Houston. The venues will feature improved services and luxury seating. The first theater in the partnership is Alamo Drafthouse Sugar Land.

Moseley Commercial's Todd Moseley is working with Triple Tap Ventures on its real estate development needs. He tells us they've already signed three leases. Further details were not made available by the company.
